The 12-Ward Digital Public Service Platform is committed to strict privacy compliance. Mobile numbers collected during complaint registration are used exclusively for secure mobile OTP authentication and SMS status updates.
Citizen phone numbers, email addresses, and private house numbers are NEVER displayed publicly on the website or exposed via public APIs. Public trackers show only masked phone numbers (e.g. +91 ******1234) and generalized street names.
Complaint records and resolution attachments are retained in secure Neon PostgreSQL storage for official municipal audit purposes only.
